To list services on PluggedCity, you must be 18 years or older, legally able to provide the services you list, and comply with all applicable South African laws and regulations. Your profile must be accurate and complete.
Providers must maintain accurate availability, pricing, and service descriptions. Misleading listings may result in suspension. Profiles must be approved by PluggedCity before appearing on the marketplace.
PluggedCity charges a platform commission on all confirmed and paid bookings. The current commission rate is available in your provider dashboard. The commission is deducted from the booking amount before provider payout.
Provider payouts are processed after the booking service date, subject to a review period. PluggedCity reserves the right to hold payouts in cases of disputes, chargebacks, or suspected fraud. A valid bank account is required to receive payouts.
Once a booking is confirmed, you are obligated to fulfil it. Cancelling confirmed bookings without valid reason may result in penalties including suspension. Repeated cancellations will affect your standing on the platform.
Providers must conduct themselves professionally. Harassment, discrimination, or unethical behaviour toward customers or PluggedCity staff is grounds for immediate suspension.
PluggedCity reserves the right to suspend or remove provider profiles that violate these terms, receive verified complaints, or fail to meet platform standards.
