By accessing or using PluggedCity ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
PluggedCity is a marketplace platform that connects customers with service providers including DJs, hostesses, private chefs, photographers, event planners, venues, restaurants, and other entertainment and lifestyle services in South Africa.
You must create an account to book services or list your services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
All bookings are subject to provider availability and approval. Payments are processed via Paystack, a secure third-party payment processor. PluggedCity charges a platform commission on confirmed bookings. All amounts are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation and refund policies vary by service provider and booking type. Please review the specific cancellation policy before booking. See our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy for full details.
Service providers must honour confirmed bookings. Providers are responsible for the quality and delivery of their services. Providers must comply with all applicable South African laws and regulations.
Users may not use the Platform for illegal purposes, to harass other users, to submit false or misleading information, to circumvent the platform's fee structure, or to engage in any conduct that may harm PluggedCity or other users.
PluggedCity acts as a marketplace intermediary and is not responsible for the quality of services rendered by providers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PluggedCity's liability is limited to the amount of platform fees paid in connection with the relevant transaction.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
